DUBASS-DUKE FOUNDATION (DDF) is a non-governmental organization based in Cross River State of Nigeria with the mission of Networking and Partnering with other bodies in the prevention of Malaria, Malnutrition, diseases resulting from lack of Immunization and spread of HIV/AIDS and opportunistic infections, amongst low-income and vulnerable populations, applying a combination of strategies/variables (e.g. risk, access, economic status), in order to lead to healthier lives.
DDF is governed by a 3 Member Board Of Trustee who serves as custodians of all assets and liabilities of the organization and a 5 member Management Team that handles the day to day affairs of the organization.
